Cancellations & changes
- Free to cancel before a pro accepts your booking.
- Free when you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before the job and a one-hour fee (one hour at the service rate) applies — so the pro who set the time aside isn’t left empty-handed.
